Give Your Bulbs the Best Start! 🌷⁠ ⁠ Do you have multiple year flowering bulbs in your garden, or would you like to keep them for the next season? Then fertilising is essential. The bulb absorbs nutrients and grows, but this has nothing to do with the flower that is about to bloom. Instead, the nutrients are stored for next year, helping the bulb develop a strong new flower for the next season.⁠ ⁠ 🌷 When should you fertilise?⁠ Apply fertiliser as soon as you see the first small shoots emerging from the soil. This is the moment when the bulb starts growing and can absorb nutrients effectively. Ideally, apply before rainfall.⁠ ⁠ ✔️ Choose environmentally friendly, organic fertiliser. It is broken down by soil life into humus, which improves soil structure and helps retain nutrients.⁠ ✔️ Prefer artificial fertiliser? Use 2 kg of 12-10-18 per 100 m², split into two applications.⁠ ⁠

Too busy today? Don't panic! As long as temperatures remain mild, you can still plant flower bulbs in January.⁠ ⁠ We wish everyone a wonderful New Year's Eve! 🌱✨
