Box with 10 Sunny Garden plants, especially suitable for sunny and dry borders. Echinacea white is also called Coneflower. The Echinacea gets striking flowers in the summer. They stand out because of their size and colours: a combination of an orange-brown heart surrounded by contrasting white petals. Even when the flower has finished blooming and the white petals hang down discoloured, this flower still has ornamental value. An additional attraction is that during flowering it is a coming and going of countless bumblebees and butterflies. Height 70-80 cm.The Echinacea is suitable for sunny positions and a fertile soil that is not too wet. Give this plant a 3 to 4 centimeter layer of compost every fall so it doesnt have to fight too hard with other species for nutrients.
