Large-flowered, decorative dahlia Evanah is a grateful summer bloomer that will give you months of joy. Dahlia Evanah blooms all summer from July until the first night frost. Dahlia Evanah grows to approximately 80 cm. high. Sometimes it is necessary to support the flower stems.You can plant dahlia tubers in the spring. Dahlia Evanah is sensitive to frost, so be careful with late (night) frost. Dig a large planting hole, loosen the soil and fill the planting hole with high quality potting soil. Carefully place the tubers in the planting hole and cover with 3-5 cm. soil. The planting distance of the tubers is 30-60 cm. After planting, give the tubers some water immediately. Dahlias bloom most abundantly in full sun. Store the tubers in a frost-free place after flowering and you will enjoy them for years.Dahlia Evanah combines well with perennials and other dahlia varieties. The pink flowers are real eye-catchers in the border. Dahlia Evanah is also an excellent cut flower and has a long vase life. The best time to cut dahlias is early in the day. Place the stems directly in lukewarm water with cut flower food.
